be specific, are you unable to login to the initial login web page, or are you unable to download the uprade? It would be helpful if paste some error message that you get.

If you are unable to login to Cisco, try clearing your browser cache. Please share you private key or decrypt your post for us :)

Just fyi: I've got the same issue several of times. Logging in at the cisco.com main page and going to another subpage shows often again "Log In" instead of "Logged In".
When one than click on "Log In" no new auth pages is displayed; instead the page is reloaded and "Logged In" is present again.
Looks like some strange cookie issue or browser specific misshandling / implementation. Didn't got any deeper on this point.
Obviously this thread doesn't belong to MARS at all ;-)
