Easy question (i think) chaps.

I have a hunt pilot configured to with 3 line groups in a broadcast algorithm.

I want to find out how many calls are being filtered/answered by line group 3 - the last line group for the pilot number.

We have users complaining in line group 3 that users in line group 1 and 2 are not answering the calls as they should be.

hope this makes sense..

the only possible way would be to use CDR since there is no specific reporting on this
