Hi All,
I am trying to upgrade the AIP-SSM software from 5.x to 6.x , i dont know through which interface it contacts to TFTP server i.e external g0/0 or internal. It gives error of TFTP timeout and recovery is not completed. let me know how to upgrade or revert back to default.

If you have a working 5.x sensor that is reachable via the management interface (you can ssh or https into it), then you can use the upgrade ftp:// command.
But since you're mentioning TFTP, it sounds like you want to re-image, and not upgrade.
Installing the AIP-SSM system image

yes i am trying to reimage the AIP-SSM-10 module and tried with the hw-module module 1 recover configure command. Please tell where should i connect the TFTP server i.e G0/0 port or ?

The AIP-SSM10 module has a management port on the module (it is the only external interface on the module). Connect this to the network that can reach your TFTP server.
