MoH out of resources

Unanswered Question

Getting these every 10 minutes from Operations Manager 2.0.1. How do I reduce frequence of them? No users are reporting tone on hold, etc. Wonder if a bug, I'll check RTMT and CCM log files.

Hi,

MOHOutOfResource events are being removed in CUOM 2.1 because of unreliable monitoring and are replaced with a new event that more reliably monitors the condition. CUOM 2.1 will be out around Nov. 8th pending no critical issues found in testing.

In the mean time you can increase the threshold for the MOH out of Resources parameter to reduce the number of events. Right click the CCM in Service Level View (SLV) and then go to thresholds. Choose parameter type of "Voice Health Settings" and Threshold Category of"Communications Manager Threshold Settings".
