1751 not able to receive call,but place outgoing call

Hi Pros,

I been doing some fexes over IP with cisco 1750.I've decided to you use 1751 now, I am able to place call to the PSTN from the 1751; however,calls from the PSTN deos not get to the router.

The route has IOS:12.3(2)T4 with Flash c1700-sv3y-mz.123-2.TB.bin....

If Calls are not getting to your router at all then you need to speak to your telco. That means that telco is not routing the call to your trunk.

The calls from my Telco is getting to my PRI and I can see my PRI trying to reach the router with the fax machine on. And from this router, I call the PSTN fine.....

BTW, I took the same config and put it into a 1750.I am able to receive and send call with the SAME config with out ANY CHANGE!!

I think upgrading the IOS on the 1751 to see, whether the IOS is the problem...

You edited your configs before posting so not sure if you just clipped this out, but I don't see an inbound dial-peer (i.e. "incoming called-number ."). Can you confirm?

Thanks you for your help, I got this fix by upfrading the IOS for the newest advanceipvoice ios.
