NAT outside Server to Inside IP address

I am trying to NAT a server (192.168.100.109) connected to an Outside interface (172.16.110.210) on a Cisco 2611XM. I am trying to NAT the server address to an address on the inside interface (192.168.25.1) so I can connect to the server via a t1 using an address on the inside interface.

Could you just clarify. You have a server 192.168.100.109 that is connected to an interface with an address of 172.16.110.210 ? - that doesn't make sense. Is 192.168.100.109 the address you want to present the server as ?. If so what is the actual server IP address.
