I cannot figure out why my Voicemail option shows "Failed to connect- Server Unreachable" when I can connect to Unity7.0 just fine and ping from my laptop that runs UPC. I login with the same ID/pswd on the Accounts/Preferences - Voice Messaging location. I have RTP'd to Unity and logged in successfully with the same ID/pswd combo. Any other ideas? Thanks.
I don't think it was setup, I'm new to Presence and wasn't here for the install. How do you check/setup mailsotre?
