I assume grouping means , you are talking about port-channel or Etherchannel L2 or L3.

Refer Below link for understanding

http://cisco.com/en/US/tech/tk389/tk213/technologies_white_paper09186a0080092944.shtml

For configuration refer below links

http://cisco.com/en/US/tech/tk389/tk213/tech_configuration_examples_list.html

HTH..rate if helpful..

not grouping.. and other device is non cisco.. and dosent support it

You would have to explain this better 2 fastethernets and a gig port ??? If you only have a single gig link between switches then there is no way to etherchannel that link . If thats not what you mean please explain.

i have a switch which i want to connect to a router. both are 1000 meter apart.. connect them on fiber.

router has a SFP port and module.

switch has all 24 FE ports.

i also have a FE to Fiber converter having 2 FE ports and 1 Fiber port. the converter is manage able so i can put both FEs on converter in one VLAN... how can i use 2 switch ports so i can get atleast 200 Mbps
