how we can group 2 FE ports on any cisco switch. these 2 FE ports are connected to 2FE x 1GIG SFP port converter.. and terminating in 1 SFP at far end.

I assume grouping means , you are talking about port-channel or Etherchannel L2 or L3.

not grouping.. and other device is non cisco.. and dosent support it

You would have to explain this better 2 fastethernets and a gig port ??? If you only have a single gig link between switches then there is no way to etherchannel that link . If thats not what you mean please explain.

i have a switch which i want to connect to a router. both are 1000 meter apart.. connect them on fiber.
router has a SFP port and module.
switch has all 24 FE ports.
i also have a FE to Fiber converter having 2 FE ports and 1 Fiber port. the converter is manage able so i can put both FEs on converter in one VLAN... how can i use 2 switch ports so i can get atleast 200 Mbps
