how to use ASA5505 dial out with pppoe

I have a ASA5505 with v7.2 in my company. Clients want to access Internet through ADSL. How to configure ASA5505 to dial out with pppoe.

I also have a question.There is a small branch office that will be set up soon.I want to implement connection between two offices with VPN.But only dynamic ip address work in both offices now.If there is not static ip address on both offices,how vpn can set up and what device should the branch use?
