Hi. I've got an annoying issue with my 7921. When I GPickup, the speaker automatically turns on. How do I stop this from happening?

Switch to the handset from the desktop charger speakerphone
1. Hold the top of the phone and move it forward before lifting it off the desktop charger.
2. Use the handset to continue with the call. The desktop charger speaker and microphone disconnect. Else
You try setting the following Telephony-Service options to disable the "speaker mode" but it only disables the button.
service phone disableSpeakerAndHeadset true
service phone disableSpeaker true

Its CME. how amusing is it that cisco's work around is to press the speakerphone button!
