7941 problems with bulk-speed-dial

We just upgrade de 7941 firmware from SCCP41.8-2-2SR1S to SCCP41.8-4-1SR1S.

Now we have a problem. From those phones, they can not use de bulk-speed-dial. These only happens since the firmware upgrade.

The CCME version is 4.1(0).

I have the bulk-speed-dial in telephony service. All the other phones can use the bulk speed dial. With the earlier firmware version, 7941 phones work just fine.

Any ideas ??

1. Can you verify or if not do the following

- no create cnf / create cnf under telephony-service and reloaded the phones

2. You have the correct format for your bulk speed dial list.

You have these fields: prefix to dial; actual number wanting to dial; description; and then these two last fields are optional append and hide. Verify your configuration Use this command

show telephony-service bulk-speed-dial
