HWIC card issue

Hi,

On 3825 router I try to install 2 HWIC-1FE card, and I can see the serial number of the Card on show diag, but status it shows unknown,

I would like to know is there any specific command to enable the card or does it has to do anything with IOS version.

Please advice...

You need a minimum of IOS 12.4(15)T for these cards.
