Can anyone tell me where I can change the default audio source on ccm 5.1

I have this problem too.

Open the CallManager service parameters and expand to list all advance parameters to be sure.

Locate the clusterwide parameters - (Service), here you can change the default audio source id for both Network and User.

you mean the actual audio file??? or where to change the selection??

the selection is an enterprise parameter, then a device pool setting, then device and then line. they take precedence in the reverse order i put them
