Wierd behavior on one subscriber

UM 4.2.1

Subscriber turned on alternative greeting it didn't work so clients didn't know she was out-of-the office and just got normal message. Last week when Subscriber puts alternative greeting on it worked, but didn't switch back to my normal one when she told it to.

No idea why it Is being so erratic.

Hi -

There are a few Unity bugs in 4.2 related to this problem. If the user is trying to do set the alt greeting from the phone interface, have her try setting the alternate greeting and end date from Unity Assistant (ciscopca webpage) instead. Not to say this matches your exact problem, but I'm sure you could check with TAC to get the correct engineering special. Definitely check your Application event log to see if any errors are occuring.
