Cat OS - config change trap: linkupdprcs

I have a CatOS 4000 series switch that is generating the syslog message below. Does anyone have insight as to what it means?

"Config Change Trap: Module 3 block changed by Link updprcs"

(model 3 is a 100FX card)

Message indicates internal NVRAM block has changed. This is an informational message because you have set the SYS logging severity to 6. If it were at default 5, you would not have seen this informational message. At logging severity 6 and 7, messages will be printed even for normal >> operation of the switch
