Transfered call

Is there anyway for a transferred call to go back to the DN that transferred it? For example, Extension 1234 answers a call then wants to transfer it to DN 4321. 4321 does not answer and the call forwards to the receptionist. Is there a way that the call could go back to 1234 (the transferror)?

We are using CCM 6.1.

This feature is available in latest CallManager Express, but unfortunatelly is not there in CallManager. Sorry.

Chris

Does CME 4.1 support this feature? If so, What the configuration looks like?

Thanks,

TRANSFER REVERSION

This feature is available in CCM 4.3,5.x and 6.x with the Cisco Unified Department Attendant Console. It is not available via any other mechanism so far.

Transfer Reversion (Call Recall)

This allows a transferred call to revert back to the department administrator so that it can be answered and then transferred to a new destination.
