Calls from CME sites to cluster A don't transfer. The transfer and hold button just don't work even though it's not greyed out. Calls from CME sites to cluster B and C do transfer with no problem. The config on the CMEs are below. What else can I check on the CCM? The problem seems to be only on one cluster. Below is the configs on the CMEs which are running 123-11.T8, CME ver 3.2. The CCM clusters are ver 4.1.3. Thanks for any help.

Make sure that from CM to CME an H.323 GW is configured in CUCM, not an ICT trunk.

Thanks for the response. They are all H323 gateways. Here is the call flow: The clusters are at a main site. The gateway out is a 65xx switch with ATM circuits to 10 regional 3745 routers. From those routers, there are ATM circuits to all the various remote CME sites, about 25, each of which have a wan router, 28xx. At each remote CME site there is a VOIP gateway, 3725, which takes calls in from the PSTN, either BRI or PRI.
The remote CCM sites are also set up the same way, although they are geographically closer to the main site. There are 4-6 remote CCM sites per cluster. If a remote CME site calls the main site through the PSTN, there is no problem transferring the call. But, when they make a VOIP call through the network, Users in cluster A can not transfer the call, no matter in which direction the call was initiated. Could it be MTP resources at the cluster? Could it be the supplementary services somehow? How could I check? thanks.
