LMS 3.0 TACACS Authentication Problems

I connected my LMS 3.0 server to an ACS Server that went offline. Right now, I can log into the server with the local admin account, but it has no rights. I would like to restore the full rights to the local admin account so I can change the server information. Any way to do this ?

You can revert to local authentication and authorization by running the following command:

NMSROOT/bin/perl NMSROOT/bin/ResetLoginModule.pl

Once you have ACS properly configured for LMS, you can then re-enable integration via the LMS GUI. For more on how to properly configure ACS for LMS integration, see:
