Anybody having issue with registration of AIM-CUE 3.2.1 with CUCM 6.x? I am unable to get AIM module to register. All CTI ports and CTI route point showing as "unknown" in CUCM. Any debugs I could run? Licences are OK.

Hi, check if the CTI RP and CTI Ports are associated with the JTAPI user that CUE uses in order to log into the CCM and take control of the CTI Ports.
Be sure that the JTAPI user and password created in the CCM are the same that the JTAPI user and password that you created in the CUE.
