Hi,

Are you using CME or Unified Communications Manager?

I think you should be able to remove the DND via the softkey template. Create a new template if necessary and remove the DND. Add the template to this users phone and they won't get the option..

..more info here.

Cisco Unified Communications Manager Admin Guide:

Configuring Do Not Disturb in CME:

If you've got CCM 6 you should be able to disable it!

Just uncheck the box "Do Not Disturb" to disable the option on the phone.

i got nothing except telnet to connect to the router

thanks for fast replay

I know this post is 9 years too late but I found a solution that worked for me.

This is for whomever finds this in the future because I know I couldn't find anything online about it when I looked.

I can't guarantee that it is the same steps that will work for you but it will give you an idea of where to look.

  1. Call the phone from a different one. There has to be an active call.
  2. Press the "More" soft button
  3. Press the "Confrn" soft button
  4. Press the "DND" soft button
  5. Press the "End Call" soft button
  6. Press the "Resume" soft button
  7. Press the "End Call" soft button.
