Want to take a class for CallManager 6

My company recently had a new CallManager 6.1 server installed along with Unity Express 2.1 to replace our old Avaya Legacy phone system. All the work was done by an outside firm. I am able to do some of the most basic tasks like adding a new user, but some of the other basic tasks like adding a second extension to a phone I can't figure out and I hate having to call our installer for things like this.


Can someone reccommend a class that could teach me basic stuff like that? I don't see any classes for CM 6, mostly for the old versions. Or maybe a book that describes these tasks.

Does anyone know why Cisco courses have as a prerequisit "knowledge of Windows 2000" when my CM box runs on Linux (as I assume all of them do now)?

The prerequisites are outdated, however not all Cisco voice products run on Linux. The following still run only on Windows:
