Clock mismatch on 2811 and phones

We have a 2811 router that runs callmanager express and unity express, with the correct NTP settings, time zone settings and local clock setting. However, the phones that register on it are two hours behind the router time. If I do a show clock I get the correct time, however the phones and all syslog messages I get on the terminal of the router are two hours behind. Any thoughts?

Under telephony-service ensure you have "time-zone X" setup where X is the appropraite timezone.

Thanks for the reply. I did that with no happiness. I entered the locale under telephony services and that seems to have done the trick. Thanks anyway
