We have a customer with CCM 4.1.3 and CER 1.3.2 deployed. Recently, the admin is getting complaints from the people on the E911 notification/alert list that someone dialed 911 from a certain extension. When we go to the History Log on the CER, the call shows up there, but if we go to the CDR database (on the call manager), the 911 call doesn't show up there. When we talk to the user, they deny that they made any 911 calls at that specific time. At the time the call was made, we usually see a different type of call (local, LD, Toll-Free, etc.) logged in CDR, but not a 911 call.
I'm wondering if anybody has run into this and if so, what the solution was.
Thanks,
Joseph E.

If CER is not intercepting emergency calls, there is probably a mistake in your Cisco Call Manager configuration or its representation in the CER configuration.
The emergency call number (911) is in the Phones partition and uses the E911CSS calling search space. Ensure this number was identified during CER. This ensures that users can dial the emergency number.

What do your CDR logs show, anything at all for the extension in that time frame?
