Adding additional E1 into voice gateways

Hi There - I was looking for a little advice or best practice if I may.

I have at the moment 240 channel from one provider, and have now purchased an additional 30 channel from separate provider.

My original lines are numbered 81xxxx with my new ones 45446[0-9], The new lines will be retained for emergency 'dial-in' only access in case of existing provider outage to access IPCC, can anyone please advise how best to implement this or give me some much appreciated pointers.

If I understand your question, you are asking how to configure inboud redundancy in case your primary trunks are down?

For inbound redundancy we will need to work with the telco carrier to configure it.

On your side all you will need to do is translations of the backup numbers to the primary number on CallManager.
