I am having problem with the configuration of a PRI circuit on a MGCP 3825 VGW. When testing, the carrier is up but the D-Ch is down (hard per the Carrier). I have changed each Protocol type, but haven't been successful. Is there a setting in the VGW that has to be set on the port?

NOTE: We have order new circuits from a different carrier. The existing PRI is good with (B8ZS, ESF NI2) New carrier requires 5e Custom. That's the only change.
