Radios not Installed -- AP1131??

Hi,

I received an AP1131 from my custoemer who said it just quit working. I checked the configuration in CLI and Graphic Interface where I found a message in "interfaces" that showed Ethernet but radios 0 y 1 said not installed. I reload the version but nothing changed.

Due to the urgency of my customer I'll request a RMA but anyways I'd like to know if somebody has experienced the same problem and how did you do to get it fixed.

From the information you have provided it looks like an RMA issue. We will be able to find the exact cause due to which the device is not working if you can provide the exact error message that you obtained from the device.
