There is an option for free download and purchase a kit for $40.00. This will be a 90 days eval kit.
Not really sure if you can download it for free although the option is there. I never tried this.

Yes, this is the only location to get the LMS 3.1 eval.

can i continue using this same evaluation copy and just install the license once acquired?
