CiscoWorksUserTrackingUtility1.1 not working with Campus 4.0.12

After I upgrade Campus Manager to 4.0.12, the CiscoWorksUserTrackingUtility filed to connect as the below message:

(Failed to get user Information from server, Please check if the server is up and the configured user has privileges to access this information)


But I can query via IE portal.

How do you have the utility configured?

The configration of the utiltiy on Pc isn't change.


The problem is solved after rebooting the CaMpus server.
