I have an issue on both a Windows based LMS 3.0.1 server (and I have seen this on a LMS 3.1 server too). On the functional and cm portal the Campus Manager Application is not displayed. When I try to add it manually (by adding the "application menu" portlet) on either on the Functional or CM view, it's not in the list of available applications. However Campus Manager is installed on the standalone server and is working properly.
