Calls getting dropped at Agents phone

After answering the call by agents, the call gets dropped. During the time there is no voice hearing from the customer end. This is happening randomly at each agent.

I have this problem too.

What version of CUCM and is it IPCCX or ICM? Do you have enough licenses installed.
