LMS 3.1 - Copy Portal-Views to other CW2k-Users

Hi there,

are there any possiblities to copy own-created views with configured portlets to other CW2k-Users.

Docs only describe copy views within one users portal.

This is not possible currently. The only way to share views and portlets with other users is to use the Public portal. This request has been raised with development, and this may be possible in a future release of LMS.

I want to ask again if it is possible to copy the "My Portal" view to other users with LMS 3.2?

It would be very helpful if I can do that centralized.

Are there any config files for the views and if yes, where are they on the file system?

No, this is still not directly possible. One must still use the Public portal to share common portal layouts.

The portal config is actually a part text/part binary database file under NMSROOT/MDC/tomcat/webapps/cwportal/db. It is not editable.
