Using CUPC 7. If the user does not File | Exit the application and shuts down the PC, the user still shows as Available. Is there a way (other than training users to File | Exit) to stop this service so the user shows offline?
If you do not use the File/Exit, CUPC is just minimize to the system tray. For it to not show any status, they will either need to do File/Exit or set their status to Unknown.
Yes, I understand the need to use File|Exit to close the application. What I don't understand is why, even with the PC shut down, the user still shows as available if they did not exit the application before they shut down.
