Hi there I have a router with four analog trunks(FXO) and 10 digital trunks(E1), then I want to route cell calls through the FXO, and when that four lines are busy the 5th call should go through the digital trunks how can I do that with Dial-Peers

You can use preference command in dial-peers using same destina-tion pattern and as last resource (5th) dial-peer configure voice-port for E1.
