VT Advantage with CME4.1(0)

Hi,

I am runnig with a cme version 4.1(0) and the IP Phone firmware version as SCCP11.8-3-2S.The IP Phone models are 7911 and 7962.Even though i have enabled video for the ephone and service phone videoCapability 1 under telephony-service, video capability on phone is showing as disabled.

Even video icon is not displayed on the IP Phone.

Please advise.

Hi, did you enabled video capabilities on a especific phone?

1. enable

2. configure terminal

3. ephone phone-tag

4. video

5. end
