No Call records in CRS database/reports?

I wrote a script which is initiated by HTTP trigger(HTTP request).

This script then makes an outgoing call(using place call) announces a prompt to called party and then disconnects.It is also supposed to update the call result in the CRS database, i.e. successful,RNA,busy e.t.c.

The script can callout o.k. but the call is not showing an entry in the CRS database(callcontact table) and also CCDR report?

1)Not sure what is wrong.I am making use of set contact info. to mark the call as handled.But I can't see the call entry at all in reports/CRS tables?

2)Also if I have to update the placed call result as a string value in database which function I should use for e.g. "1" for successful "2" for RNA e.t.c.?
