No Dialing List will be created after setup new campaign

I setup a new outbound campaign in ICC 7.0 with a new query rule and import rule. The problem is I can see the import table in the database but not a DL Table for this. I tried it several times, but always the DL table is not create in the database.

All the campaign I made before are working without any problems. Any ideas?

Can I create the DL table manuelly?

Outbound Option documentation incorrectly implies that after configuring the query rules the Dialing List is created. When the import file is imported before the query is added to the campaign, the contacts are added to the database but the dialing list table is not created. If you reimport the file, it is created.
