I'm trying to perform some testing on the link between my router's E1 WIC and the provider's smartjack and am looking at cisco's ability to do that. I've come up with the following, but can anyone add, remove, update my commands so they are as accurate and effective as possible? I'm running at 2851 with IOS 12.4(9)T1.

Controller E1 0 Profile default : Test Never Ran

First off I run in to these issues from time to time. I would strongly suggest taking a look at the following document and troubleshooting steps to isolate the issue.
