Ok it looks right but let me run this by you.

If i have traffic going out one ip interface on a router and i have the 6500 check to see if it is up. whn it goes down i want to send it to a new ip interface.

Here is a test config that I had setup to check the same stuff. The toplogy that I used was like R1 --> R2 and R3 and both R2 and R3 inturns connect back to R4.

R2-----

R1--- R4

R3-----

The test was to use IPSLA and object tracking to fail-over the traffic from R1 to either of the connection in case of an indirect failure in the connectivity. I was pinging the R4 loopback addresses from R1 and tried shutting down the R2 and R3 link to R4.

HTH, Please rate if it does.
