According to Cisco TAC the bug I am experiencing has been fixed in CUCM 6.1.2.1112.2, so I am going install the upgrade. I have never installed an upgrade in the 6.x environment, so I am looking for advice and/or suggestions.
The install instructions look pretty straight forward. Install the upgrade on both PUB and SUB to the inactive partition. Once complete restart PUB first, then SUB.
Is that all there is to it or am I missing something critical? Any advice is appreciated. Thanks.

Hi Darrin,
That pretty much sums it up, there are a couple of other good tips in this excellent doc;

Hope this helps!

Hi,
I wanted to do the same and had tons of H323 gateways with IOS 12.4(11)T.
If you have H323 look if you hit this before you upgrade: "Fake Display" bug CSCsi69413
The upgrade itself is pretty straightforward.
If you stick to the upgrade guides provided by Cisco you should be fine.
Cheers,
Martin
