Dear sir,

Anyone have any quick guide that can guide the end users in 1-2 page for belows functionality.

- placing a call

- receiving calls

- 2nd incoming call

- forwarding calls

- transfering calls

- forward all

- voicemail

- accessing ccmuser website.

- speed dial

So far i only can fount the ip phone guide at http://www.cisco.com/univercd/cc/td/doc/product/voice/c_ipphon/english/ipp7961/user/index.htm which show a lot of details.

Additionally, please share with me if you have any ip phone guide for 7941 and 7961 which in video method. This video will be able to customize the feature require. For example:- i only want to show to users how to place call but not receive calls.

Your effort shall be highly appreciated.

Thank you very much.

Hi,

Is this the kind of information you're looking for?:

Phone Guide for Unified Communications Manager 6.x

http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/voice_ip_comm/cuipph/7961g_7961g-ge_7941g_7941g-ge/6_1/english/user/guide/61enu61.pdf

Quick reference card. It's for CME but provides a good basic guide for users:

http://www.cisco.com/application/pdf/en/us/guest/products/ps1851/c1626/ccmigration_09186a00807b8ca7.pdf

It covers the 7941 and 7961 including available features.

Also, here's the end user guide for VT Advantage, not sure whether this is any help or not:

Hi Tim,

You really help me, thank you very much. However do you have the .doc format for Quick Reference Card ?

Additionally , i need to deliver ip phone guidance for 7941 and 7961 using video method. Means a video file that can explain how to work with the ip phone? For example:- how to place a calls. However i need this video file can be customize. That's means i can edit the feature , for example:- i want the guide on the video file for placing calling but pickup call. The sample is in this link http://www.cisco.com/comm/applications/CCNP/qlm/7941/index.htm

Please advise, appreciate a lot your helps.

Unfortunately there is no official guide in MS Word format. Most companies decide to make their own so they can customize them with logo's etc.

I've attached one though that you can customize yourself.

The video one's a little more difficult. I'd recommend using some video capture software and an IP Communicator. That way you can annotate the video and only show the "how to" tasks needed for video calls. Here's some free stuff that could be used:

Video capture software (better one's are available, these are trial/free downloads:

http://www.download.com/Video-Capture-Software/3150-13633_4-0.html

The interactive Cisco guide (http://www.cisco.com/comm/applications/CCNP/qlm/7941/index.htm) is the best one I know of.

- transfering calls = OK

- forward all = OK

- voicemail = Not OK

Hi Rob,

Thank you for your sharing,That's a nice e-learning but can we customize that e-learning? Delete off the feature that we felt doesn't require.

Thanks.
