Below is the error massage

Failed to Create Alarm !

1)Could be invalid value for some of the entries

2)Could be due to lack of access to the host, invalid SNMP credentials or a busy device.

1)Verify the values entered for all the entries.

2)Verify that the Alarm Variable resolves to one of the following ASN.1 primitive types

. Integer32

. Counter32

. Counter64

. Gauge

. TimeTicks

3) Verify access, SNMP credentials or increasing timeout value through the preferences option.

SNMP credentials are already configured but still we are facing same problem.

RMON will work only for instance OIDs; also the (numeric) OID needs to be specified and not the object name. So, the instance OIDs specified numerically are what need to be entered in CiscoView's Mini-RMON config...

If you're doing this snmpwalk from the CiscoWorks Device Center page, make sure you specify "2c" as the SNMP Version - you won't see that part of the tree otherwise. Here's a portion of 'walk output:

. = Counter64: 0

. = Counter64: 63122

. = Counter64: 1

. = Counter64: 0

. = Counter64: 0

. = Counter64: 0
