LDAP - IPPCX Database synchronization

Hi,

A customer has changed agent settings and created new one using CCM interface but after that he cannot retrieved it using IPCC interface.

Is there any replication delays or something?

If yes, where can i set it?

What version of IPCCX you are using? I had similiar issue when I changed the CSQ names. Was still showing old CSQ name till I rebooted the server and it was fine after that.
