Attendant Console occasionally looses status of phones

I have another problem with the attendant console occasionally loosing the status of the phones in the console. It will just show ??? instead of the other icons for on the phone, etc. Anyone run into this? I can reset the service that affects this, but Id rather not have to go reset the service everytime this happens. Id rather just fix it. Any ideas on this?

i had the same problem i reinstalled java and the problem went away

Reinstalled Java on the desktop, correct?
