Have a customer that is complaining that caller id is not always following the call. Calls come in to a front desk hunt group and then transfered out to other people. They say that when the caller id does not transfer, what they get is the numbers from the hunt group.
System is CME 4.2
I will be onsite to look at it on Monday. Any thoughts as to what to look at would be helpful.
I have looked over the config and cannot find anything wrong. If any part of the config would be helpful, let me know and I will post it.
There are 12 incoming line using FXO ports.

I see the "caller-id enable" on the voice port. I guess I may not be sure then. Take a look at this, see if this helps any. Ill keep looking around.
