OK, I'm not yet very familiar with the product, but I've heard some say that it does well to monitor & manage DEVICES, but don't expect this tool to verify bandwidth or fine tune traffic.

This is true. We now have an add-on to LMS called Health and Utilization Monitor which can be used to monitor bandwidth usage. However, it does not do any device configuration/adjustments.
