Incomnig calls go to "Cisco Unity Messaging System...."

One user's Unity voicemail isnot working. Callers get "Hello, Cisco Unity Messaging System, from touchtone...." then "Welcome to Cisco Unity Broadcast Message Administrator, enter your ID followed by pound..."

Delete his Unity account and re-subscirbe didn't fix this problem.

Anyone knows what is going on? Thanks.

Unity V5.0 and CCM V4.2.

Yes, If you have a broadcast message you have to listen to the whole message.

there are two options, either someone configured the DN from the subscriber as the broadcast manager and that's why you're reaching that or someone configured a call routing rule for that.

that's not something that just comes with unity so someone must have configured that
