I am not able to login in Webview. I have the ICM 7.0. I can see the user in Active Directory. I am trying to login via domain name.
test.com/cisco. But I am getting invalid username and password error.
Please tell me how to login in Webview.

In configuration manager have you created a user under user list with WebView access?

yes, i have creaed the user in ICM Config manager userlist and also i can see the user in Active Diretory users and computer.

try to log in without the domain, just the username.
