CME/CUCME Call Forward not being applied to secondary DN

I have CME 4.0. We have DN's with a primary and secondary number as shown below.

ephone-dn 6 dual-line

number 2022 secondary 3008

call-forward-all 90xxxxxxxxx

When we apply call forward all the forward only works when dialing 2022 and NOT when dialing 3008. How do I get the CFA to also work for 3008?

Verify all Call Forward numbers are correct or if you configured a dial plan pattern it should be removed.
