help: phone upgrade

Hello

i uploaded a new firm ware on my callmanager and tried resetting the phones to factory default so that can pick the new firmware

but thye get stuck on upgrading and continue to go in circles but never upgrdaes

i need help on how to solve this

i'd say to perform a factory reset on the phones
