Hi, I have a Cisco Call Manager version 6, and a Cisco 7961 Phone with a 7914 module, and the module dont show the line associate it, in the configuration of the 7961 Phone I select Module 1: 7914 14Button Line Expansion Module and I specific the load firmaware in the field Module 1 Load Name : cmterm-7914-sccp.5-0-3.cop.sgn. But the 7914 module don't show the items associate. What can I do ?
